The present book is an attempt to teach Persian language to those interested in learning this language from scratch. The book is intended for a variety of audiences ranging from children to adults with different backgrounds and purposes. The book is divided into 10 lessons, each of which contains a short conversation followed by a table presenting the colloquial or informal terms and expressions used in the conversation. A grammatical point is also discussed in detail, and a comprehension section is presented after that. As the text in the comprehension section is accompanied by an audio file, it can be used for both listening and reading comprehension. The questions directly following the text are to be answered accordingly. In a learn more section of each lesson, some additional concepts, terms, and expressions have been presented to get the users more familiar with Persian language and culture.
